Privacy at RarityRange
This policy explains what information RarityRange collects, why we use it, the services that help us operate, and the choices available to you.
RarityRange is a collector-focused card collection and market intelligence platform. References to “RarityRange,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy refer to the RarityRange service and its independent operator.
RarityRange is currently operating as a founding beta. Features, providers, and data practices may develop as the service grows. When material changes are made, this policy will be updated.

When you use AI scanning or collection-intelligence features, uploaded card images and related card information may be sent to an AI service provider for processing.
These services help identify visible card details, create possible database matches, and generate collection-related results. AI results may be incomplete or incorrect, so you should review important information before saving or relying on it.
Do not upload photographs containing sensitive personal information, payment information, identification documents, or images you do not have permission to use.
RarityRange relies on carefully selected service providers to operate the platform. Depending on the feature being used, these providers may include:
Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective agreements and privacy practices.

RarityRange does not currently require payment during the initial founding-beta stage.
If paid plans are introduced, payments may be processed by Stripe, Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider. RarityRange does not intend to store complete credit-card numbers. Payment providers may collect billing, transaction, tax, and verification information according to their own privacy policies.
We retain account and collection information while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy applicable obligations.
Certain technical logs and backup records may remain temporarily after account deletion before being securely removed or overwritten through normal backup cycles.
You may update certain account and collection information inside RarityRange. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated personal information.
An account-deletion option will be available through account settings before the public mobile-app launch. During the beta, you may submit a request through the RarityRange support page.
Contact RarityRange SupportRarityRange uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts and stored information. These may include authenticated access, managed database services, access controls, and encrypted network connections.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, use a unique password, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
RarityRange is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as RarityRange develops. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the most recent version.
If a change materially affects how personal information is used, we will provide appropriate notice through the service or another reasonable method.
